New American Tourister by Franzus All Purpose Luggage Cart.  Capacity is 100 lbs.  Cart has large black bungee straps, large wheels and a rubber comfort handle.  Base is 22″ high and 13.75″ wide at the wheels.  Bought new over a decade ago and never used.   Stored in closet and found while cleaning out.  Chrome shows some scratches but wheels have no wear.
